Hello everyone!

I realize I have been traveling quite a bit this year, both to catch up with friends and to see my boyfriend.
Summer is coming to a halt and the last trip this season was a hectic and nerve wrecking trip down to Santa Monica, CA...to meet my boyfriend's parents.
I am very awkward around parents, especially those who belong to my significant other...the whole time there I had small anxiety attacks and was stressed as fuck, afraid that they wouldn't like me at all...
Thank goodness my boyfriend was there to help me cope and it soon became a mini vacation for us in sunny California before summer was over.
All in all, his dad and step-mom seemed to like me and I hope it stays that way for as long as my bf and I are together...
My boyfriend still is not allowed into Canada so all these trips I was able to make were well worth it. However, after this last one, I don't know how long before I get a chance to see him again...school will be a handful and so will work and getting consecutive days off will be very difficult. All I can do is wait and really hope he gets his named cleared before the one year thing is up. I have to view this as if it is just a challenge to our endurance and commitment in our relationship. Patience will have to be our friend, I guess.

Since summer is about to end, fall will start up and I am heading back to school. The hiatus I have been taking from school has dulled me and I cannot wait to get back into the stir of things and be grounded in what I do. Funny thing is, when school starts, my schedule will free up a tad more and I will have extra hours  to myself to do my personal photo projects for my lovely followers here on dA.
