One lobster, chopped into chunks, dipped in a light batter, deep fried then simmered in a creamy white sauce (made from cream and butter) for 5 minutes. Removed and placed on top of warm noodles and was smothered with extra sauce.
An elaborate dish usually found in Chinese specialty menus in restaurants.
This is my homemade version, with less fat (if you can believe it) and with a much bigger lobster plus with the same great taste.
Made this for my parents' anniversary. I did no tasting whatsoever. Only for the sauce which was meat-free.
My parents loved it.
And yes. There was a lot of sauce.
