Congee, originally from the Chinese was adapted by the Vietnamese, is also known as rice soup. Pork, a delicacy of Vietnam is the main focus of this pictured dish, Pork Congee. Like the buffulo used by the Native Indians, every part of the pig that is edible is used. I won't list them because it might not sound really good lol. Also seen in the pick is chicken, used to make the broth.

There's a lot of items that go into this dish, I'll try to get it all and in English too because half the stuff I only know how to say it in Viet. I'll note it to you as soon as I'm finished. Sorry ^^;
